Paris and Connor are the most amazing team my family and I could have ever worked with! We were first time home buyers and they went above and beyond for us. We started our search with a very short deadline to find a home and move. Connor worked with us day and night to go through listings and help us sort through homes. I am looking for a rental home and signed up for alerts from Paris and Connor. I thought that I would only get alerts on properties they represent, but I get alerts from them for properties all around SCV! Paris & Connor are quick to respond to my inquiries & always give me contact info if it's another agents listing. They seem to have an inside connection for availabilities, because several times I've contacted the other agent & they've told me they just put "pre-listing" info out, which is great to sometimes get a jump on a property. If you're in the market, I highly recommend getting on their email list!

This review is long overdue, but I have to give credit to Connor and especially Jason Ellis. They are two awesome guys who truly look out for your best interests throughout the entire home-buying process. My wife and I were first-time homebuyers, so we really wanted to find an agent who would be on our side. What Connor and Jason didn’t know was that we had already worked with about three other realtors before coming to them. Those previous agents either didn’t have the experience or didn’t take into account what we wanted in a home. We initially worked with Connor to help him get a feel for what we were looking for, and he later introduced us to one of his agents, Jason Ellis. From the first outing, Jason seemed to take mental notes on exactly what we wanted—without us even saying much. By the second day, every house he showed us fit our criteria and was something we wanted to consider putting an offer on. While the houses were great, they just didn’t feel quite right. Jason never pressured us and reassured us by saying, “I’m here for you guys, and I don’t care if we have to look at five or 100 homes—I’ll be with you for every single one.” We really appreciated that kind of patience and dedication. During one outing, we requested to see a house from Redfin that wasn’t one Jason had picked for us. It was at the very top of our budget, and while he could tell we really liked it, Jason noticed something we didn’t: the neighborhood had four other homes for sale on the same block. He told us, “You look like a very nice couple, and this area isn’t the best place to be—there’s a reason so many homes are being sold here.” He could have sold us that house, made his commission, and left it at that, but instead, he was honest, and we are so thankful for his integrity. Finally, we arrived at the last house on his list, and it was perfect. It had everything we wanted, and while it was also at the top of our budget, Jason worked tirelessly to get it for us below the asking price and even secured seller credit in a competitive summer seller’s market. We still don’t know how he pulled it off, but he did. Jason made the process so easy and smooth that we couldn’t believe how stress-free it was. He didn’t just feel like a realtor—he felt like a friend who was genuinely there to help us. Jason was always available, answering every text or call immediately, no matter the time of day. If we needed anything, he would find out and get back to us right away. We are so grateful to Jason and couldn’t recommend him more highly. I can not stress enough the importance of a seasoned and ETHICAL realtor. My family was going through a difficult time in selling my mother’s home. She was physically and mentally unable to remain in her home due to her age. This was hard on her but with Connor’s knowledge and experience this difficult process was handled with ease. I think most important is the fact that even though we were dealing with the restrictions with Covid-19 and a property with solar that also had a solar contract that had to be transferred both Paris and Connor were able to accomplish the job with ease. We just sold our house with Paris and I can honestly say we could not have done it without her! We had problems after problems with the buyers agent and lender and contractors trying to fix issues that came up. Paris kept on top of things so issues got resolved . She went above and beyond to help us, you just don't find her kind of work ethic anymore! If you want your house sold then use Paris!!

We went with his recommendations and couldn’t have been happier with all the great people he works with. He took care of all the scheduling for us and was on top of everything that needed to get done. Paris and Connor just helped us close on a home in 26 days! We weren't sure if we should purchase a home as the home prices just kept going up. We waited another few months and sure enough, the prices just kept creeping up. We finally said it was time to buy and gave Connor our criteria. Connor was able to drill down the exact area and home we were looking for in just 3 days by searching all listings, not just the new ones and was able to find us a house that had been on the market for almost 6 months. Connor told us that the home was on the market for so long because it had been over priced and went stale and that most agents won't show their buyers older listings or over priced listings because they are a waste of their time. But not Connor. He suggested we write an offer on the property and that he and Paris would talk to the listing agent to see if they could talk some sense into the sellers. The end result is that Connor and Paris made this deal work by speaking to the listing agent. I really believe we got this house because of the reputation of Connor and Paris have in Santa Clarita. Had we chose some new agent or out of area agent, I don't think we would be living in our home right now. And did I tell you they got us in in 26 days won a VA loan? Near impossible.

I don't even know where to start since our home hunting began 9 year back in 2003. I am on housing blogs, finance boards every single day looking for RE news and economic trend in general. And we did not buy into the mass home buying , kood-aid drinking hysteria during the mid 2000s. And after 9 years of searching (sometimes sporadic and sometimes fast paced), we still cannot believe we closed escrow last week and we own a home in Stevenson Ranch CA. Call it serendipity. It all started one lazy August Sunday afternoon. I was browsing for foreclosures and short sales data on Google in 91381 zip code as I couldn't find them on redfin.com or ziprealty.com. Guess what popped up in the Top 3 search results? Yes, it was paris911.com. SEO is at its best on paris911.com. I can tell you that as I am myself a software engineer and I know how SEO worths in depth and what it means to business. If you want visitor conversion rates high for your site you need to be on the top 3 organic search results. What caught my attention was the pre-foreclosure search form on Connor's website. I entered my criteria and hit search and it gave me a few results. I then emailed Connor about details of these properties and he immediately replied back. I also ended up on his Linkedin connections by the end of the day :-) Me and my wife met Connor at his office as is the custom and immediately liked him on Day 1. He is not your typical high pressure, pretentious realtor. He is patient, a good listener, no pressure and easy to get along with person. He is extremely polite, humble and gets back to your questions ASAP. Ditto goes with his wife Paris who is as gentle as Connor. The team's strength lies in their experience with the local market and expertise in all kinds of sales including standard, short sales, foreclosures etc. Our purchase was a short sale with 2 lien holders. Getting it done was not an easy task. Connor and Paris were on our case like white on rice and we closed escrow in about 4 weeks of approvals from the 2 lien holders. I have worked with Connor since 2003, so it's fair to say with the close of my recent purchase, this review is long overdue. If you are searching for an agent, let me explain how Connor works to your advantage. While he is a master of his craft, you have someone who has their pulse on every aspect of the market and a deep understanding of contract language, ensuring you're in the best hands possible. Connor represented me in the sale of my home in 2015. He created enough interest prior to listing that it went over asking and sold in the blink of an eye, even in an already saturated market. How saturated? My neighbor next door and across the street both had homes for sale within $5,000 of my asking price. One took four more months to sell, and the other foreclosed. He represented me again in the purchase of my most recent home in 2016, at a time when trying to purchase a home was all-out warfare. Every night for six months, Connor hit the pavement with us, showing everything in our price range that came on the market, only for us to be outbid at every turn. When we entered escrow the first time, in an emotional bid (because who likes to continually hear "best and final"), Connor talked me down from the ledge and advised me to walk away. Thank God he did because we are now in the perfect home. Are they the only realtors I know? Nope. I'm sure we all have someone we know in the business. I have lifelong friends and clients who are agents. However, when transacting hundreds of thousands of dollars on my behalf, I'm just as picky when hiring someone to represent MY best interest. Seriously, stop looking for anyone better. Connor is a well-oiled, well-connected professional, from finding the least expensive escrow company to the least expensive home inspection. I know because I checked. Connor is your first line of defense when purchasing a home. I can't thank him enough for a stress-free transaction—each and every time!

Well, what can I say. After years of knowing this team of professionals( working with Connor on the PD), I had always heard they are the team to tap to sell or buy property. Once I finally made the decision to sell my home, it was time to honor a promise I had made to them more than 9 years ago. And they were given the exclusive listing to my home. I don't require much. But my expectations and needs were definitely met. Connor has now been added to my list as "Ambassadors of Quan (Jerry McGuire reference)".

When I moved to t Santa Clarita for my job three years ago, I spent a lot of time investigating realtors and the market. What became immediately apparent was that the best source of information on property and the market in the SCV was the Paris 911 team. I clicked a button to get a value for our home and Connor sent several pages of active listings, several months of comparable sales, and all kinds of other real estate related info in our area. We weren't ready to list at the time but the work that he did was enough to sway our decision to work with them when we were ready. This is an absolutely AMAZING real estate team!!!! Paris and Connor are easy to work with, honest, fierce with negotiations buy/sell side, and just all in all a professional team! They sold our T-home in Aliso Viejo about 6 months ago and assisted us in buying our new AMAZING home for less than list! We ended up with several thousands in equity upon move-in! I called Paris and Connor on December 29th, 2010. It was a really dark time for me; my husband and I had decided to get a divorce and we didn't know what to do about the house - neither one of us could afford it on our own. Paris and Connor met with us on New Year's Eve (a holiday and a Friday - their office was otherwise empty) and spent several hours explaining that we were underwater on the house and what our options were. In the end, we decided to go with a short sale, but Paris explained everything that would happen and how Paris 911 would be there for us. And they were. The short sale took 13 months; there were two buyers that fell through because the bank took so long. In the end, the house sold and everything worked out. All through the process, Paris kept in touch with us and kept us informed of everything that was going on. As first time home buyers we were venturing into unknown territory. We were fortunate to find the Paris911 team of Connor and Paris MacIvor to help us navigate through this foreign territory. The more we learned about the current real estate market through the hands on education Connor provided and our own research the more we felt we had the most professional and best team of real estate agents on our side. Connor is the guy who will sit down and meet with you when you first come in and answer all of your questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest about the real estate market and really cares about his customers. He was honest with us when the market was not good and we needed to wait - instead of pressuring us to buy and telling us our time was running out like most other realtors. Ask for Jamie for your buyers agent! She is the best.. she is funny and extremely helpful and friendly. We were always calling her and she would always answer us and keep us updated on what was going on. Paris is the one who makes it happen - who will negotiate for you whatever you need with the banks or owners. This is a great team and I would not be in escrow right now - in this market! - if it was not for them. Jamie was always understanding of what we wanted but at the same time pushed us gently to open our minds to other areas/types of homes - and in the end that is what worked out and I can't imagine living anywhere else now.
